  2. Follow the online instructions
  3. Registration is complete when full payment is received. 
  4. Rosters are due before the first game.  Please sign in at Registration Table on Dec 27th. 
  5. All players must sign a waiver to play.  Waivers can be found on the website and can be printed and handed in at the registration table.  Extra waivers will be available at the registration table also.  

Rosters are "frozen" after the sign in.


1. Team entries will not be processed without full payment.

2. All participants will be required to sign waivers and provide photo ID (proof of age) upon registration. Any player in violation of the minimum age requirement (18 years old in the Open, 2nd division, Recreation 18+ division, Womans 18+ division) will forfeit their place in the tournament. Any team playing with an underage or unregistered player will be disqualified from the tournament and will not receive a refund. Your age will be determined as of December 27, 2018.

3. A player will only be allowed to play for one team in the tournament.

4. The organizing committee reserves the right to add or delete rules; all teams will be informed of changes prior to the start of the tournament.


1.  Registration fee is 100% non refundable unless the City of Chestermere deems the ice unsafe.  

2.  If the event is canceled due to unsafe ice conditions, teams will receive a 95% refund. 

Medical personal will be onsite for the duration of the tournament.
